The Leadership Team serves on behalf and with the congregation. Collaborative in style, they take responsibility for Church Life, Education, and Stewardship.

Three Trustees and a Moderator serve with fiduciary obligations. With others called forth to serve, they encourage, equip, manage, and create, so both persons and resources find glad expression as the ministry of The Baptist Temple Church.
